Jen is a very knowledgeable and experienced guide! We started our day meeting at the Visitor Center for breakfast where she also provided additional snacks, some gear (backpacks and walking poles) and a briefing on what to expect for the tour. It was a small group of 4 (2 couples). On our hike, Jen was patient when I needed to slow down or take a break on some of the uphill climbs. She knows lots of lore and stories of Pele and the volcanoes. The lunch she provided was delicious. It was a great experience from start to finish and I’d highly recommend booking Jen for your hike at Volcanoes National Park.
